CAR SHARE:

Car Share offer only available to customers requesting by email to share a car to go to the Airport with another Passenger at the same time. The cars share is available to only two pick up for a car.

  • We recommend car share transfer takes place before 6am
  • Maximum 2 pickup address per car share
  • Maximum 3 passengers per car share from 2 pickups for Saloon car and 4 Passengers per car share for MPV.
  • Transfer rate are different for MPV and Saloon car based on location of pick ups. Airport Time can provide that on request.
  • Car Share only offered for Airport Drop off only.
  • Car Share may not be available for all location. It is up to Airport Time Car Service to decide which location this offer will be available and how much the cost will be.
  • Pick up time for 1st and 2nd pick up will be allocated by Airport Time cars after agreement from both customers sharing the car. Customers must leave on time to reduce the chance of missing the flight.
  • Customers should plan their transfer and arrange the pickup 2 hours or 2.5 hours before the check in.
  • Airport Time Car service does not accept any liability of missing the flight due to traffic or natural disaster which is out of our hand.
  • Once the transfer is agreed with both parties/customers. Customers will be required to make the payments in advance.
  • Due to the nature of this offer (Car Share). Airport Time Car Service cannot offer any refund if customer cancel or change their travel plan.
  • The Car Share offer is subject to availability and Airport Time Car Service reserve the right not to accept or offer this service to any customers it feels not suitable for it at any time.
  • Our normal Terms and Condition will also apply where applicable for this offer.
  • Airport Time Car Service reserves the right to change or amend any of the Terms and Condition at any time without any prior notice.


Empty Run:



Exclusive Offers explained: The offer is based on empty run, this is when Airport Time Car sends a driver to drop off at Airport or Home but does not have a return transfer for the driver so instead the driver coming back empty we offer the return journey as a late space at a reduce price up to 20% less then our normal rate. This exclusive offers benefits the customer as well as the drivers.

1. The offer date and time is only allocated by Airport Time Cars.

2. All enquiry for the offers listed must be made by email

3. Payment for the offers must be made by a valid credit or debit card only. A booking fee will apply.

4. For all Airport drop off offers, the booking will be accepted under 24hr in advance from the offer date and time.

5. For all Airport Pick up offers, the booking will be accepted under 48 hours in advance from the offer date and time.

6. Pick up must be done within the allocated time. Extra waiting time incurred at Airport due to delay by customer or the Airline carrier will be charged at full fare, extra waiting thereon will be charged minimum at £15 for every half hour and £30 for every one hour.

7. Above point 6 explained: plane must land within the allocated time by Airport Time cars and then 50 minutes waiting time will be allowed from there on. Any waiting after that our normal rate the full fare will be charged to customer. It is recommended customer to know the full price at the acceptance of the booking of the special discounted rate.

8. For all home or Central London pickup, first 10 minutes will be free and any extra waiting above that will be charged at minimum £15 based on 30 minutes and £30 for every hour.

9. Due to nature of the offer any cancellation by customer there will be no refund by Airport Time Cars.

10. Any cancellation by Airport time cars, customers will receive 100% refund. Airport Time Car has the right to cancel booking 3 hours before the pick up time for all Airport drop off and 32 hour before for all Airport Pickup.

11. Airport Time Car Service reserves the right to revise any of the terms and conditions stated here and at any time. Airport Time Car Service is the trading name of Chauffeur Time London Ltd. And payment will be accepted by Chauffeur Time London Ltd.

12. A reservation is only considered as accepted when it is confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with a confirmed reference number.

13. Illustrations, photographs and descriptions on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.

14. Passenger numbers must not exceed the legal number of passengers that can be seated in a standard saloon car. See vehicle details in fleet section of this website.

15. Luggage must not exceed the vehicles capacity. See vehicle details in fleet section of this website. No baggage allowed in the passenger seating area, unless agreed by driver, however any damage occurs to the luggage/vehicle then passengers will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.

16. Airport Time Car Service accepts no responsibility of loss or damage to passenger's luggage or other belongings whilst in the vehicle. Passengers should count their luggage before and after the journey completed.

17. Airport Time Car Service accepts no responsibility of flight being missed due to traffic or natural disasters that may affect the roads. It is advisable that passengers leaves for the Airport 2.5 hours before the boarding time to avoid being late.

18. No animal allowed other then guide dogs. But office must be made aware at the time of booking; however airport time has the right to refuse to provide this service.

19. Customer should never be abusive towards the driver. If you are unhappy with the service you received from the driver then please report this directly to the office within 5 working days so we can action your complaint.

20. Airport Time Car Service reserves the right not to accept any booking from passengers that they feel not suitable for the service.

21. Chauffeur will take the best route possible and driver choice of route is final.

22. Airport Time Car Service does not provide child seat, however passengers can bring their own child seats.

23. For Airport pick up our Chauffeur will enter the Terminal 20 minutes after the plane has landed.

24. No Smoking inside the car.

25. No foods to be consumed inside the car.

26. No alcoholic drinks to be consumed inside the car. Soft drink is allowed.

27. Any interior damage due to passenger being sick, a minimum of £70 valeting charge will be made to customer. Other Interior/Exterior damage will be charged at cost of repairs to customer.
