Time to time we may use third party chauffeur company in assisting us on completing a journey, in this instance we will pass on the booking/transfer details i.e. name address of pick up and drop off address with contact number but not the email address and no credit card information will be passed on to any other parties. If we use such assistance from another chauffeur company it will be so with care and making sure that the company also follows strict privacy policy.

As a valued customer who used our service before we will time to time contact you by phone or email to make you aware of any new promotion which may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to be contacted in future regarding any promotions or offers than please let us know at the point of contact by us either on the phone or reply back by email.

Chauffeur Time London Ltd and Airport Time Car Service will time to time take part in Affiliate programs to offer our customer valuable service and links to other service providers that may be of any help to you the customer. Currently we will be participating in Affiliate program with Holiday Taxi from www.airporttimecars.com to provide Overseas Airport Transfers. Please note we only provide link to their website www.holidaytaxis.com and do not have any authority over their terms and conditions, booking and fares. If you choose to book Overseas Airport transfer with Holiday Taxi then please read their Terms & Condition before regarding Booking, Cancelling, re-scheduling any transfers, payment and refunds and many more important issues which you will need to be fully aware of.

As it is an Affiliate program your web usage will be monitored by cookie from Holiday Taxi. We are rewarded by Holiday Taxi for every successful booking made from customers coming from our site to theirs. Airport Time Car Service accepts no responsibility for any Overseas Airport transfers that you have made with Holiday Taxi and will not participate in any dispute regarding the booking you have made with Holiday Taxi. Airport Time Car Service will not make any bookings for Overseas Airport Transfers on your behalf and also will not accept any payment for Overseas Airport Transfers from you the Customer.

In short Airport Time Car service accepts no responsibility for any service used by Customers from Affiliate links from Airport Time Car Service website. Customers are directly responsible for their action and use of the services.

Payment details:

In order process your booking transfers we will take card detail to process payment by phone or online, however in both occasions Chauffeur Time London Ltd and Airport Time Car Service will not store internally or externally or share this information with 3rd party. All online and card payment processed by PayPal see www.paypal.co.uk.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we are required to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
